How do you feel if someone never thinks you are the most important one every event?

How do you feel if someone never thinks you are the first priority?

All of the actions have been repeated for long time. That means the guy doesn’t interest in my feeling? Can someone else answer it?

I know time is going faster and I will lose something which can't be backward for recovery.
